One Family.

A graduate of Stanford University, Loren has joined his parents at the winery. Having worked a few summers in the wine industry, including a memorable harvest at the famed Chateau Petrus in Bordeaux, he is continuing his education in vineyard and cellar operations while injecting new energy and ideas into the marketing and sales department. With a particular focus on promoting direct and export sales of Trefethen wines, he hopes to take Trefethen to the next level, as well as the next generation.

Hailey has worked at the winery as well, but is currently enjoying her university studies. In 2006, she spent time in Argentina, where she produced a documentary film about Cumbia Villera, a musical genre popular in the shantytowns of Buenos Aires. Just this past summer, she spent a few weeks in the Costa Rican rain-forest, studying the behavior of groups of Howler and Capuchin monkeys. Apparently, they display some pretty striking similarities to their cousins, Homo Sapiens!
